Hydro-Pilates™ Classes

TUE  and THU from 12 PM - 1 PM

Hydro-Pilates™ are low-impact strengthening and stretching exercises that incorporate mind-body focus movements from Pilates and Yoga.

EQUIPMENT:  Noodles and elastic bands are provided that can accommodate everyone’s abilities and make it more sustainable for anyone’s goals in fitness and well being. 
 

Bring towel, water bottle, hat or visor, sunglasses if preferred. Soft aqua shoes are recommended, leggings and water pants are acceptable and preferred, but need to be rinsed before entering the pool.  Lockers are available, padlocks are not provided, outdoor showers are provided.

45 minute Hydro-Pilates Class plus 15 minute relaxation time in the Jacuzzi tubs

AI CHI-TAI CLASSES

TUE & THU from 11 am to 11:45 am

Ai Chi, Tai Chi, and Pilates all promote better health while improving your posture, flexibility, and balance with precise breathing and muscle control, focusing on abdominal and oblique muscles (core muscles). Ai-Chi Tai classes combine several bodywork methods, ideal for improving range of motion and mobility while helping with balance challenges. The movements are performed as well with intentional relaxation techniques.

  • The program is held outside, south of the Soulistic Healing Center office building, under the gazebo.
  • The program will begin on time.
  • Please allow yourself enough time to join the group and settle in.

Wear comfortable loose clothing and suggest a layer or more as the weather changes.
