Tuesdays & Thursdays from 12 to 1 PM

This low impact form of exercise strengthens muscles and improves core fitness and balance. Experience cardio progression with feel-good recoveries. Toning and flexibility are the main goals.

Aqua Fusion Fitness incorporates elements of a number of aquatic fitness programs all designed to lengthen and strengthen core muscles including Hydro-Pilates™, Ai Chi™, and the graceful movements and extensions of Water Ballet™ that was developed by London's Royal Academy of dance and ballet with the Aqua Exercise Association (AEA).

This class is all about the basics, so no one gets left behind. 

Bring towel, water bottle, hat or visor, sunglasses if preferred. Soft aqua shoes are recommended. Leggings and water pants are acceptable, but need to be rinsed before entering the pool. Lockers are available, padlocks are not provided, showers are provided. You will be asked to turn off your cell phones before entering pool.

Participants need to register before class and should arrive at least 15 minutes before class begins.

NOTE: Classes are 45 minutes long giving you the remaining 15 minutes to enjoy the hot tubs and relax in the serenity of the peaceful pools.

Skyy McNair is a trainer with Skyy Water-Fitness and is a certified AEA fitness instructor and Hydro-Pilates™, Ai Chi™, Water Ballet™, and Arthritis™ instructor and has been teaching for 17 years.

Class fee is $10 per person
